Yahoo to Trillian: Talk to the hand
Carly to Yahoo: Your Messenger client is a clunky, unstable piece of junk. And aside from that, I prefer to have some screen space, and resources, leftover after all my IM clients are connected.
When your client runs as quickly and smoothly as Trillian, and uses 1/5th of the resources Trillian does (let's be fair - if Trillian does 5 times the work, it's entitled to 5 times the resources), I might consider using it (there'd still be that real estate issue). Until then, I'll go without my connection to your IM service, because to be honest, it's just not that precious to me in the first place.
