Now that I've gotten those sidebars under control (I think they look a whole lot better, don't you?), my next big chunk of free time will be used to write that post on blogging with the iPhone I've been promising. That was going to be tonight, but amazingly, less than a week after attending my first Red Sox game, I've been given the opportunity to go to my first New England Patriots game - for free! The window for me to enjoy a football game without freezing my butt off is small, so I have to take advantage of it.
In the meantime, the 300th post contest is off to a good start with five entrants so far, and over five hundred (!) hits from StumbleUpon yesterday. But I still need a lot of help getting the word out. I'd really appreciate everyone sharing the contest post on all of your social networks, and remember, if you're participating in the contest, it counts as extra entries! (As long as you don't forget to let me know in your comments...)
One of the things I've been doing to promote the contest is submitting it to as many contest blogs as I can find. One such site is Contest Blogger. In addition to blog contests, they also list art contests, car sweepstakes, baby contests, contests specifically for Canadians, photo contests, recipe contests, writing contests, cash and vacation sweepstakes. Whew! That's a lot of contests!
Do you know of any contest blogs I might not have found (basically anything that's not on the first page of Google results for "contest blog")?
