I often get e-mail from people requesting to be added to my categorical link pages (for disabilities, digital art & photography, music, computers & technology, and pets). What these people don't seem to understand is that confoozled.com is not a web directory. The space on those pages is reserved for links to sites I personally use and recommend. Now, to those considering rewording your e-mails to "recommend" your sites to me in hopes that they'll eventually make the list, don't. I take my recommendations from my friends, not from strangers.
Anyway, as part of the currently-in-progress site overhaul (which is taking much longer than I expected, mostly because I haven't had much free time, but also because when I do have the time I don't have the motivation), I am re-evaluating and updating those link pages... after all, web sites come and go, and so does one's interest in them. The first category to be updated is disabilities. I've kept one link, but updated its description, added one that should have been there a long time ago, and added one newer one (a site which came into my life a couple of years ago, which shows how often I update these links). So check them out - maybe you'll discover something you've been looking for.
