We've reached the teething nitty-gritty with Brooskey. The poor guy is in so much pain, he cries when he eats. I think we're going to check with the vet to see if we can give him a little bit of Baby Orajel or something. And please don't lecture me about taking the easy way out, drugging my dog when there are ice cubes and all those wonderful freezable chew toys out there. We've tried all that. He won't even chew; he's in that much pain. He might take a couple of nibbles, but when it doesn't work fast enough, he erupts in this burst of pent up frustration, sprinting circles around the house, growling and barking uncontrollably. I recognize this as a display of absolute desperation, because it's about the same thing I would do.
