The trip to Florida is now officially one month away. It surprises me a little bit that even in my sorrow over losing my little girl, I am still more excited about this trip than I have ever been about anything else. The only thing that may excite me more is the day we eventually welcome a new furry friend into our home.
Time for another look at the list.

15 18 lbs. (9 to go!) - get new bathing suit
get new adult size arm floaties (got some, haven't tried them out yet)- get new sneakers
- get wheelchair bag
- get wheelchair tires replaced
There are a couple of new items... things I knew I needed but kept forgetting about. I have a few leads on the bag, but I'm going to see if I can find a used one that someone no longer needs first before I spend any money. And I need to start calling the local medical suppliers to find out about the tires.
It also appears that a trip to the factory outlets may be in order for the sneakers and possibly the bathing suit.
