We spoke, and Netflix listened. After thousands of customers pledged to reduce, suspend, or outright cancel their membership plans if the company went through with their decision to remove the profiles feature from their site, Netflix has reversed their decision and profiles are here to stay.
You've done the right thing, Netflix. As this is the number one most important aspect of an online movie rental service for me, I will remain a customer.
This just goes to show, if you're unhappy about something, raise your voice. You just might be heard.
