I love web applications, including Google Reader, because I can access all of my information no matter where I am. But not everyone feels the same way. Now there's one less reason for the anti-web-app crowd to hate Google Reader... it's now available as a standalone desktop application. I'm not sure why a person would not have their browser open when reading feed subscriptions, but here you go.

BlogBlast For Peace - Kindness and Love

In her entry for a peace themed blogging event, Connie addresses one of the things that turned me off of organized religion a long time ago: church-sanctioned hate. Her entry reminded me that I am not the only one who thought Christianity was supposed to be about kindness and love, and that there are still some out there who do interpret it that way. It's just too bad that there are so many who don't.
